Provide assistance to both public and private sector organizations in organization development and professional leadership programs. Recent consultations include US Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Trident Refit Facility Information Technology Department efforts to convert databases to web-based portal access. Training and development activities involve team building, strategic planning, and coping with changes in technology. Career planning and development with both individuals and groups is often part of the project.
