Team leader for eight full-time and adjunct faculty involved in planning
curriculum and schedules for a USC Regional Campus. Coordinate with administrators
and staff at five campus locations to promote quality services for students.
Initiate and coordinate Business Advisory Board involving community leaders
on continuous improvement of degree program. Coordinate departmental research
activities and reporting for accreditation of degree program. Provide courses
through Continuing Education and Small Business Development Center for

Provide organization development and professional leadership programs
to organizations. Projects include writing and supervising a "Sunshine
State Skills Grant Program" to promote linkages between Florida Community
Colleges and businesses. Developed a model program for supervisory training
in the convenience store industry, trained managers on integration of computer
store reporting systems into routine management activities, including goal
setting and feedback.
